The steak!!! To be honest - the atmosphere and ambiance is a little strange at first, but who cares because the food was amazing. We had the stuffed pepper crusted filet as well as the regular filet. Both outstanding and cooked to perfection! You definitely have to get the stuffed filet, it is just that good.
Oh my GOODNESS! This restaurant has been by far our favorite in Panama City Beach! They completely knocked it out of the park. We had the Kobe smoked beef bruschetta for our appetizer. I don't think we can ever eat bruschetta the same again! It was absolutely amazing! I had the 8-oz steak, and my husband had the elk. Both entrees were absolutely amazing! We had bread, and the spreads that came with it were so good! I cannot give Firefly enough stars; they knocked it out of the park! Service was also amazing! Our server had great suggestions, tips, and knew the menu very well! I cannot recommend Firefly enough, and it is definitely worth the price! This will be a must-visit every time we come to town!
Wow! Loved this place! The restaurant was lovely. We made a reservation & waited in the library. Very cozy & welcoming! Our server Stephanie was knowledgeable about the different dishes & ingredients I was curious about. I ordered a Strawberry & Gin cocktail from the drink menu (I can’t remember the name). Warm bread was brought to the table with an array of spreads. We started with Smoked Kobe Beef Bruschetta, tasted the She Crab Soup, & Pepper Crusted Stuffed Filet Mignon as my entree. Every bite was delicious & the flavors were well perfectly paired. After each dish was finished, the dishes were promptly removed from the table! Great food, great service! 10/10 would recommend!
Started with a blueberry sangria and a watermelon martini top shelf excellent 10 out of 10. Kobe bruschetta again 10 out of 10 excellent. We both had filet mignon with crab again 10 out of 10 service atmosphere food. Excellent could not have been better ended the night with a happy birthday creme brulee 10 out of 10!!! I am so impressed with this restaurant. Everything we ordered was over the top. I’ve never been so excited about a Caesar salad. The carrot cake was the absolute best I have ever had. Go here. You will love it.
Had a fantastic dinner. I had the 32 oz bone-in ribeye. My wife had the lobster tails. Had a few drinks and dessert. The meal and service could not have been better. Staff was extremely attentive, and friendly. We loved the entire experience. Will definitely visit again.
We came in for my birthday and I just want to say thank you—especially to the young lady who graciously squeezed us in on Mother’s Day. We didn’t have a reservation since rain had affected most of our vacation, and your kindness truly meant a lot. The food was absolutely amazing! Even though it took a little longer than expected, it was well worth the wait—everything was delicious. The place was busy but still very clean, and despite the rush, the staff remained friendly and welcoming. Thank you all for making my birthday dinner so special!
We decided to have dinner at Firefly based on the reviews posted here and we're so glad we did! Servers were attentive, food was amazing and the ambiance was lovely. We started with salads, my husband chose Caesar while I had cucumber. Both were fabulous. For entrees, the stuffed filet mignon and grilled grouper (bronzed) were cooked exceptionally and served with delicious complimentary sides. We're so happy to have ended our stay in PCB with such a wonderful experience!
